"optimal performance"
"adrift of set point"
"loop unsafe to breath - bail out"
"decompression obligations"
The security of any CCR based system is dependant on the units ability to warn the diver of potential or critical problems.
The Atlas excels at this with it's state of the art 02 tracking (best in the industry).

In addition the Atlas has a proprietary C02 monitoring system that has been in use for almost 12 years. It can be used multiple times a day, awhile remaining reliable and avoiding false positives. This adds an invaluable layer of protection for the diver.

The HUD uses a simple traffic light LED system, together with a powerful vibration motor to warn the diver of events like 'rising' or 'high' PO2 (hyperoxia), 'dropping' or 'low' P02 (hypoxia), 'rising' or 'high' C02 (hypercapnia) and decompression ascent information.
